SIZING QUESTIONS:

Sizing is not based on weight or breed. We provide our sizing information in inches. Some brands have their own sizing recommendations. Those particular brands’ sizing charts can be found on the individual product pages.

To ensure a good fit, please carefully measure your dog from the base of the neck to the base of the tail, around the neck and also around the largest part of the belly. If you are left with any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to give us a call!

SHIPPING & DELIVERY:

D.O.G. APPAREL uses UPS for our shipping services. Please provide a shipping address that can accept deliveries from UPS. We attempt to carry the majority of our merchandise in stock. However, because we are a small company, there are times when this isn’t possible. Items that are out of stock are special ordered and take a minimum of 4-6 weeks for order processing, shipment and delivery. If any part of your order is a special order, you will be notified within 2 business days via email. Multiple items ordered together may not arrive in the same box if parts of that order are out of stock. Orders are charged in full upon placement of order.

ORDER STATUS:

You can always check the status of your order by emailing us at: orders@dogapparelonline.com. Please include your name and your order number in the email.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES:

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return your unused item(s) in their original condition with any and all tags attached for an exchange or store credit within 30 days of receipt. All returns & exchanges require prior authorization. Authorization will not be given beyond 30 days of receipt. Merchandise returned without authorization will be sent back “Return to Sender”. Authorization may be obtained by emailing us at: orders@dogapparelonline.com. Please include the following in your email:

  1. Your name
  2. Order Number
  3. Item needing exchange/return
  4. Size or Color the exchange is for
  5. Reason for exchange/return

D.O.G. APPAREL permits one complimentary exchange per item. Each exchange following will have a fee of $15.00 for restocking and shipping & handling.

We ask that you do not Re-Order your exchanged item. If you place a new order, your credit card will be billed and you will receive a store credit for the item that is being returned. We do not refund shipping & handling charges.

In the instance of a return, a store credit will be issued. Store credits are valid for 1 year from issue date. When redeeming your store credit, we ask that you place your order via phone to ensure proper store credit redemption.

Custom and personalized items are not eligible for returns or exchanges, unless a manufacturer’s defect exists.

PLEASE NOTE: The following items cannot be returned or exchanged due to standard health codes and regulations:

  1. Toys
  2. Pet Carriers
  3. Beds & Furniture
  4. Treats & Food Products
  5. Grooming Products (shampoo, conditioner, paw rubs, etc;)

Please note the reason for return on the packing slip and the item details you wish to exchange it for. The customer is responsible for shipping charges on all returns and exchanges. Please measure your little ones carefully! We recommend the customer use a shipping carrier that utilizes insurance and tracking methods as we will not be responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages.

PRODUCT INFORMATION:

We do our best to offer you accurate information when shopping with us. However, technological errors can occur, such as typos or inaccuracies. We reserve the right to correct any errors pertaining to our products, including after any order has been placed. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you and we appreciate your business!

COLOR DISCLAIMER:

D.O.G. APPAREL works hard to bring you the best representation of our products through detailed descriptions and high quality images. However, deviations in color and appearance may occur due to your personalized monitor settings.

PRIVACY ISSUES:

D.O.G. APPAREL will never share your name or any other personal information to any third party companies. If a special order item is being sent directly from the manufacturer, we will only provide the minimum information needed to ship that item to you. We value your privacy and your business!
